DELIVERY INFORMATION
The delivery time for orders placed Monday to Friday in Spain before 12h will be 3 business days once you receive order confirmation. If orders are placed after 12h, on weekends or holidays, delivery will be delayed by one more day.

For orders outside of Spain, delivery times may vary. Please consult the associated shipping costs.
You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.). The delivery country must always match the purchase country.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no dispatch or delivery of orders, these are not considered business days for shipping purposes.

Once the delivery period has passed, if your purchase has not arrived, check your email as it is likely that you have received an email informing you of the status of your order. If you have not received an email, please contact Customer Service and we will respond as soon as possible.
Returns
RETURNS
To make a return at Meryfor.com, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
Returns have a cost of 5.95€, which will be deducted from the refund.
How to return a product?

- Garment packaging:
Prepare the package with the garments to be returned in the same box where you received it or in another format. To request a refund, it is important that the garments are unused, perfectly tagged, and intact.
- Drop-off Point:
Once you request the pickup, you can take your package to the point indicated on the return label.
- Package reception
Once the package arrives at Meryfor, we will verify that all garments are in perfect condition.
- Refund
You will receive an email confirming the return within 48 hours. The refund will depend on the bank.
6. Return of OUTLET items
Cash refunds will not be made for items purchased in this section; the item will be refunded via a voucher or store credit, valid for 1 year.
HOW TO REQUEST A SIZE EXCHANGE?
If you prefer another size, contact us to let us know. If the size is not available, we will proceed to refund the amount. If the size is available, your size exchange or return will be processed within 3 to 5 working days from the receipt of your package.
The first size exchange will always be at our expense. After this, subsequent exchanges will have a cost of 5.95€. For international orders or orders from islands, it will be necessary to make a return and place a new order.
WHAT DO WE CONSIDER ACCEPTABLE FOR PROCESSING A REFUND OR RETURN OF A MERYFOR GARMENT?
Garments must not be used or washed.
Garments must not be stained or damaged.
All garments must be properly tagged.
They must be returned in the original package sent, to prevent damage to the garments due to poor packaging.
And the return must be requested within the indicated period.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
You have 24 hours to cancel your order.
If the order cancellation arrives before the merchandise is dispatched, the customer will incur no cost. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer will incur a shipping cost of 5.95€.
If the order cancellation is due to unavailability, the consumer will immediately receive a refund of the amount paid.
