1. Where are Meryfor dresses manufactured? All dresses are 100% Made in Spain, handcrafted in workshops in Andalusia with sustainable production processes.
2. What kind of events are the dresses suitable for? They are specially designed for weddings, parties, and special events, both day and night, with an elegant, modern, and timeless style.
SIZES
3. How do I know which size to choose? At Meryfor, we have a size guide on our website (Click Here) and a specific page with instructions on how to take your measurements correctly (Click Here).
4. What measurements do I need to choose my size correctly? It is recommended to take your bust, waist, and hip measurements and compare them with the official size guide table.
5. What happens if I choose the wrong size? The first size exchange is free. Subsequent exchanges cost €5.95.
6. Can I make a size exchange if I am in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, or abroad? No, international and island orders do not allow direct exchanges. In that case, you must return the item and place a new order.
SHIPPING
7. How much does shipping to mainland Spain cost? Shipping is completely free for mainland Spain.
8. How long does it take for my order to arrive? Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM arrive in 3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or holidays have an additional day's margin.
9. Do you ship internationally? Yes, but shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout. Also, the delivery country must match the purchase country.
10. Can I receive my order at work or another address? Yes, you can specify any delivery address (home, work, etc.) during the purchase process.
11. How can I track my order? You will receive email updates. You can also contact the customer service team at info@meryfor.com or by calling 722 697 648.
RETURNS
12. How many days do I have to make a return? You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to request a return.
13. How do I initiate a return? Through the returns portal at meryfor.shipping-portal.com/rp/, by entering your postal code and order number.
14. Do returns have a cost? Yes, returns have a cost of €5.95 which is automatically deducted from the refund amount.
15. What condition should the item be in for return? The product must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or damage, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
16. When will I receive my refund? Once the Meryfor team inspects the item, you will receive refund confirmation within 48 hours. The crediting time depends on your bank.
CANCELLATIONS
17. Can I cancel an order? Yes, if you cancel within the first 24 hours and the order has not yet been shipped, cancellation is free. If the order has already been shipped, a €5.95 charge applies.
18. What happens if the item I ordered is not available? A full refund is issued immediately.

19. What payment methods do you accept? They accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Union Pay), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna (installment payments).
