2. Purpose

These conditions regulate the purchase of products offered by Meryfor through its online store. By making a purchase, the customer unreservedly accepts the conditions set forth herein.

3. Purchase Process

Product Selection: The customer will select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart.

Personal Data: The necessary data to process the order and make the delivery will be requested.

Order Confirmation: Once the previous steps are completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices: All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).

Payment Methods: Payments are accepted by debit or credit card (real-time charges), PayPal, and Klarna with installment payment availability.

5. Shipping

Delivery Time: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 h will be delivered within 3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 h, on weekends, or holidays, will be delivered one day later.

Shipping Costs: Free shipping in mainland Spain. For orders outside Spain, delivery time and shipping costs may vary; it is recommended to inquire beforehand.

6. Exchanges and Returns

Period: The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to make returns, which are free.

Procedure: Request a return through the enabled portal: https://meryfor.shipping-portal.com/rp/

Pack the garments in their original or similar packaging.

Take the package to the point indicated on the return label.

Refund: Once the products are received and their condition verified, a refund will be processed using the same payment method used within 48 hours.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without needing to provide justification. To exercise this right, they must notify their decision through an unequivocal statement sent by email to info@meryfor.com. In case of withdrawal, all payments received, including delivery costs, will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of being informed of the decision to withdraw.

8. Legal Guarantee

The products offered have the legal guarantee of conformity according to current regulations. In case of a defective product, Meryfor will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price, or terminate the contract, actions that will be free of charge for the consumer.

9. Data Protection

Personal data provided will be processed by Parnaso Comunicación S.L. for the purpose of managing the commercial relationship and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy available at https://meryfor.com/pages/politica-de-privacidad

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these conditions, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
